These terms and conditions will be deemed accepted by the buyer upon placement of an order with Silverstone Amp Covers.
These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and can not be changed or amended by any employee or representative of Silverstone Amp Covers or any customer of Silverstone Amp Covers. Any term or terms imposed by a purchaser in writing or other form which adds to or amends or nullifies any or all of these terms are not accepted.

3. Price and Payment
All prices include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Silverstone Amp Covers reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price of the goods quoted on the web site at the date of order will be the price charged. Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card that is accepted by ampcovers.co.uk or silverstoneampcovers.co.uk Cheques or other payment methods may be accepted by Silverstone Amp Covers. We do not accept overseas cheques.
Failure to obtain payment or authorisation of payment from the purchasers credit or debit card issuer and the goods ordered have not been despatched then we reserve the right to cancel the contract. We will not dispatch goods until full payment is made including the correct delivery charge.
4. Payment Online
We will charge your credit or debit card when you place your order. We take the security of our customers' payment information very seriously and use SagePay to provide our secure online credit card and debit card payment system. 5. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information from you in order to process your order, but will never pass this information to third parties. We do not see any of your financial information when you place an order, and are merely notified that payment has been successful. We may send you emails to tell you about new additions or special offers but make it easy for you to unsubscribe.
6. Property
All goods remain the property of Silverstone Amp Covers until payment is made in full.
7. Guarantee
Silverstone Amp Covers offers from receipt of goods a five year product guarantee on all its own manufactured products. Defaults in workmanship or material are covered within the guarantee. Normal wear and tear or malicious damage is excluded.
This guarantee is transferable upon resale of the cover up to five years from the purchase date. This Guarantee only applies to amplifier and speakers’ covers manufactured by Silverstone Amp Covers and not third party covers or musical equipment or accessories sold on ampcovers.co.uk or silverstoneampcovers.co.uk.
8. Legal
a) The customer may cancel the contract if the price quoted in the contract is in error
or the goods are unobtainable within 28 days of placing the order.
b) All covers are custom made to measure and exempt from return by law.
Goods may only be returned if faulty or not fit for purpose. Goods must be returned in an
unopened and unused
condition to receive a full refund of your original payment including postage. Please
note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
c) Trade orders, These terms and conditions do not apply to trade orders. Separate
terms and conditions are supplied for trade orders
d) Force Majeur, We do not take responsibility for any event that is outside our control,
nor for any consequential loss arising from such an event.
e) No waiver by us of any breach of these conditions shall constitute a waiver of any
other breach. No failure by us to exercise any remedy shall constitute a waiver of
the right subsequently to exercise that or any other remedy.
9. Limitation Of Liability
You must acknowledge that your use of this site and its Content is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with this site, its Content or these conditions then your only remedy is to stop use of the site. Save for liability which we cannot in law restrict or exclude, we shall have no liability to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, exemplary or lost profits, or any other damages of any kind whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even where we have been advised of the possibility of the same. 10. Availability and Despatch of Goods
a) All goods are offered subject to being unsold.
b) If goods are no longer available we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
c) We will endeavour to despatch goods quickly however goods may take up to
twenty eight for delivery. Delivery times quoted online or by phone are estimated
dates only, and are subject to stock availability and courier service performance.
d) If the purchaser is not available to accept delivery of goods risk for loss or
damage of goods will pass to the purchaser at the time when
ampcovers.co.uk or silverstoneampcovers.co.uk has tendered delivery of the
goods
11. Security/Liability for Loss
a) The purchaser is solely liable for the personal and payment details they enter into
their computer. Some web browsers store information in a local cache these
being the case end users are advised they are responsible for deleting this

from all liability or any losses.

Silverstone Amp Covers accepts no liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality unless the purchaser notifies Silverstone Amp Covers in writing within seven working days of delivery of the goods.
13. Faulty Incorrect Goods
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will refund your money
or provide replacements (as you prefer). Goods must be returned to us and we will
refund to you the cost of returning goods at standard Royal Mail rates.
14. Returned Goods
a) The purchaser is responsible for the goods and any loss or damage until received
by Silverstone Amp Covers.
b) The onus of proof is with the purchaser to prove safe delivery.
c) The purchaser must advise Silverstone Amp Covers of their intention to return
goods prior to shipment.
d) No credit will be given for any goods until they are returned complete, unaltered,
and in original condition.
e) The puchaser must have a valid reason for returning the goods.

16. Consequential Loss
a) The full extent of vendor liability to the purchaser in the event of any breach or
default or claim however so arising shall not exceed the invoice value of the
goods.
b) Ampcovers.co.uk or silverstoneampcovers.co.uk shall not be liable in any
circumstances to the purchaser or any customer of the purchaser in respect of any
loss or damage incurred whether direct or indirect or consequential or however
else arising.
17. Trademark & Copyright
a) Silverstone Amp Covers and associated material is protected by copyright and
other intellectual property rights.
b) Permission is granted to purchasers and prospective purchasers of
Silverstone amp covers to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of the
web site for the sole use as a resource to aid in shopping on
ampcovers.co.uk or silverstoneampcovers.co.uk. Any other use or copying of
material on the Web site is strictly prohibited.
c) Products and company names mentioned may be trade marks or registered trade
